Jewel Residences completion: Yuanda Australia’s latest achievement

Yuanda Australia has delivered another world-class project, with the completion of the façade on the $1 billion Jewel Residences on the Gold Coast in just 18 months.

Yuanda installed 67,000 square metres of glass and aluminium around the three towers, giving them their distinctive jewel shape and appearance. 

Yuanda Australia Director ZhiJun Liu said one- to three-bedroom apartments, hotel suits and fine dining will occupy the three towers.

“Towers one and three are apartment-only towers, with premium apartments in tower three.

“Tower two is 49 levels of hotel suites, a fine dining restaurant, plus one- to three-bedroom residential apartments.

“These Jewel Residences also include a three-level podium which will accommodate retail tenancies, residential and hotel lobbies, conference facilities, a day spa, restaurants, and will include beautifully landscaped gardens, swimming pools and associated back of house areas.”

The Jewel residences are located at 40-44 Burleigh Road, Surfers Paradise.
