Australian division is now Yuanda’s largest overseas operation
Yuanda Australia has become the Yuanda Group’s largest operation outside of China, after writing more than $130 million in contracts so far during the 2017 calendar year.
General Manager Graham Romer said while Yuanda Australia had been the leader in the local façade market for more than a decade, the company’s growth had now propelled it to be one of the major players globally.
“The Yuanda Group is one of the world’s largest and best-known façade and curtain wall manufacturers, and has been responsible for some of the world’s most recognisable projects including the famous Bird’s Nest and Water Cube sports stadia in Beijing,” Mr Romer said.
“Among that global leader, the Australian division is now the largest division outside China – bigger than Europe, bigger than America, bigger than the Middle East.
“This is a testament to the strength of the Australian construction sector, which continues to record growth that is the envy of the world.
“We are confident that the Australian market will continue to perform strongly in 2018, and we are excited by the opportunities that await us in the year ahead.
“Yuanda Australia is a tier one contractor for designing, manufacturing and installing façades and curtain walls.
“Our global capacity and our local expertise give our clients access to the most recent technology and installation procedures. And that results in simply stunning building projects.”
